Zack Wright (BSc.Med.Hons. Exercise Science) makes use of Movement Analysis and Corrective Exercise to aid athletic performance and rehabilitation.
Complimenting the movement repatterning programs, is applied Myosteopractic Bodywork – used to facilitate healthy physical equilibrium and functionality.
He has a special interest in generalist movement health and integration. This is where, rather than simply specialising, one aims to develop their ability to move in all ranges and apply skills in a multitude of ways. This allows for more options, creativity, cross-application to other sports/activities, injury prevention and over-all health. Even where peak – performance requires a degree of specialisiation, some added genralist practice can facilitate faster skill acquisition and prevent over-training related exhaustion or injury.
One-on-one sessions are tailor made and adapted to individual requirements, be they pre/rehab or sports/movement specific. They can also be online or home-visits etc in order to best adapt the movements to the environemnts you may be performing them in.
Group classes/workshops include all aspects of dynamic movement and cater for all ages and skill levels.
